Marketing in the Community
Communities are built by groups of friends relating to other groups of friends sharing a common interest. For companies, integrating into this communal relationship needs to be done carefully for optimal results. Often they require a partner who has already developed trust to introduce them to the community.
Red Suit Experience has existing relationships in communities; our presentation methods create trust-building situations.
A technique that Red Suit Experience utilizes is using performers to entertain the attendees. Entertainers are perfect information-gatherers. They are seen as non-threatening and a trust-worthy third party.
For example, at housing development open houses, potential home buyers open up to our marketing entertainers in a way they do not with sales staff. Our entertainers collect pain point data valuable to the sales process which is then passed on to the sales staff. Our marketing entertainers educate in a third-party way by pointing out key features and benefits or asking the prospect to educate them on favorite features and benefits.
